Congressional Club

The Congressional Club is Representative Ed Royce’s key inner circle support group. Ed relies on Congressional Club members for input and ideas about the issues facing Orange, Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties and the country at-large. As a Congressional Club member, you will be invited to attend briefings and events featuring important policymakers from the public and private sector. Past speakers include Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, Majority Whip Steve Scalise, House GOP Conference Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers, South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, U.S. Senator John Thune of North Dakota, and Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee Michael McCaul. Congressional Club members also receive special invitations to Presidential Inaugural Week events in Washington, D.C, organized by Ed.

2016 Membership Dues

$2,700 - Congressional Club Platinum Patron membership.
(Per couple, entitles you to 2 tickets to a dinner (12 person max) with the Congressman, four annual events and VIP receptions. Maximum contribution limit per person is $2,700, maximum contribution for a couple is $5,400.)

$1,000 - Congressional Club Gold Patron membership.
(Per couple, entitles you to 2 tickets to four annual events and VIP receptions)

$400 - Congressional Club membership.
(Per couple, entitles you to 2 tickets to four annual events.)

4.    This contribution is not made from the treasury of an entity or person who is a federal contractor (does not apply to personal contributions by subcontractors, employees, partners, shareholders or officers of federal contractors).

6.    This contribution is made on a personal credit or debit card for which I have the legal obligation to pay and is made neither on a corporate or business entity card nor on the card of another.
Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Individuals may contribute up to $5,400 per election -- $2,700 for the Primary and $2,700 for the General election. Individuals may write one check for $5,400 and indicate “Primary/General” in the memo of the check. A couple may write a check drawn on a joint account (both names are listed on the account) for up to $10,000 if “Primary/General” is indicated in the memo of the check and this form is completed and signed by both contributors. Contributions to the Royce Campaign Committee are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act. That law prohibits federal contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals who are not admitted for permanent residence. All contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person.

Contributions to the Royce Campaign Committee are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
